Dr. Starre has been in family medicine for 33 years.

He is board certified and has cared for tens of thousands of patients - from newborns to great-grandparents, often caring for four generations of the same family. He knows what health problems look like across a lifetime.

He earned an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from the Fenn College of Engineering at Cleveland State University and conducted research as a student at the Cleveland Clinic Artificial Organ Research Department. He then went on to earn his medical degree from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, and completed a three-year residency in family medicine at Forbes Regional Hospital in Monroeville, Pennsylvania.

That foundation in engineering shapes how he approaches a patient. He thinks in systems. He looks for root causes. He does not stop at the surface.

He also knows what real life looks like. He and his wife have been married for 39 years. He has raised a family. He has grandchildren. He has walked through the hard seasons that every family eventually faces.
